All Grain entries must be received by the Show Secretary by 4pm Friday for testing and Judging at GrainCorp on Friday 25th August.

pavillion hours
The pavillion will be closed to the public from 9am Saturday 25th August for judging to take place, there will be no exceptions.
The pavillion will re-open at 12pm for viewing of exhibits.
The pavillion will then close tot he public at 4.30pm Satuday.
Exhibits may only be removed after 4.30pm at the discretion of the stewards.
All exhibitors must present their exhibit ticket to the steward in charge of each section for collection of items.
